With over 15 year’s experience and having helped hundreds of clients achieve outstanding results for weight loss, health and performance, Simon is a health and fitness expert that you want on your team. Simon’s attentive personality and supportive approach to coaching will instil you with the drive and confidence to achieve the results you desire.

  • Bachelor of Human Movement Science BHMS (Exercise Science major)
  • Graduate Diploma of Education (Grad Dip Ed PDHPE) 
  • Corrective Exercise Certification
  • Accredited Exercise Scientist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA)

Roslyn Stutchbury

Roslyn has been practicing and teaching Yoga and Pilates for over 17 years. With a wealth of experience, knowledge and a cheeky personality, Roslyn’s classes are always fun times! “My classes are designed to be fun, challenging and not too serious. They are a great mix of the best parts of Yoga and Pilates to enhance flexibility, mobility and strength endurance. Come along and see for yourself!” In addition, Roslyn is a skin care specialist focused upon beauty therapy and Nutrition for health and weight loss.
