Shape Shift Program - Fitness training for Women
Our Shape Shift women's training program is running full steam ahead as Autumn gets started. Come and join us in the studio and get a great workout everytime. Sessions are scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30am. To enrol and get started click on the link below.
