Your Trainer will design an effective program tailored to ensure that each workout is completed with appropriate technique, intensity and challenge just for you.
Total Body Circuits is our Small Group Training Program. Groups are no larger than 3-5 people and all fitness levels are welcome. Workouts are circuit based and incorporate a broad range of activities including strength training, body weight exercise, cardio intervals and kettlebell exercises just to name a few. They are high energy workouts that burn calories fast, help get you stronger, leaner and build cardiovascular endurance.
Train anywhere, anytime and take your workout with you. Online training using your mobile phone allows the greatest flexibility for you to train in the gym or outdoors whenever you want. Everything that you record will sync back to your coach and they can provide feedback and suggest idea's for future workouts.
